I am using Sify connection from last 2 months and these days I had enough of experience to hate Sify. Till the time u get the connection everything was smooth. 3 day the connection was down..I called up the CC(customer care) and registered the complaint but all in vain I was following up for 4 days on this issue but no results...At last I used some slang words which effected them and the connection was up in next 5 min.....Sify needs bashing all the time or else they don’t work...lazy fellows...the CC employees are worst..they can’t even speakk good english or hindi....no use of them. After that every 5 days the connection was down and I have to fight with them to resume it...what bull**it....
Second instance: My account got renewed automatically...I have never requested them...and there was a Sify begger standing at my door from their collection dept....How can they do this as its my choice for what I have to refill with...the BIG STEALING COMPANY I would call...

So I would suggest never go for Sify Broad Band ever, the robbing giant....
The eng are all new and don’t to troubleshoot the problem....they cannot install their software in VISTA it took 2 hrs for them to do so......they were giving me all rubbish abt firewall, IP conflict, cookies...these are all common reasons they use.
