I am a FMCG products distributor and have purchased and installed this softwafre from Forum-Sify. The demo was great but the application and usage is not at all convenient. It is a feature rich product, like the reports generation is great and in a lot of combinations. But the delivering of the features and the interface is not userfriendly, It has a lot of constraints, safety locking features which is actually not good for accounting software as an accounting software is supposed to be adaptable. There is no such thing as deleating or changing an entry. We all are humans and human errors are bound to happen. If for eg. I make one check receipt entry in say laxmi entp. account and later realise that it is actually Laxmi Stores. I cannot edit the blody entry. I have tried to get support but the Sify people just dont showup after giving appointment, and it is frustrating to see such a good company with a verry good software is lacking behind due to bad/abscent customer support. I strongly do not recomend this product because of lack of support.
