I ordered a book from sify on 25 Oct 2006 and still waiting for the same though it mentions delivery usually will be done within 3 - 7 days.
I got the following message the when I logged a complaint on https://sify.com/shopping/feedback.htm

I tried 18003453330 many times in vain. Justget a recorded message and the phone disconnects. This is supposed tobe a 24*7 service
The customer care mail signature mentions that they are ISO 9001:2000 Certified. I think they have the certification for not delivering products consistently.

Last Update: Book delivered in good condition( I would not say in excellent condition as the book has some inkmarks on the back cover) . I had to redial the number for approx 25-30 minutes to get through- The gentleman on the phone promised to deliver it latest by Nov 062006 and they did so.
