I have been a customer of Sifymall since 2003. So far I have had very good experiences with them. I have purchased books to digital cameras. Very prompt in their service. I get surprised at the speed of their delivery sometimes.
Recently I got a wrong book delivered (similar title/subject and author) but they made arrangements for pickup and re-delivered the right book. Very good service, though the mistake was theirs.
They did followup all the wat through the delivery. This indicates sound CRM back office to me.
sometimes there is delay in them indicating items that are not available. I guess there is no live inventory. but this I think will improve and I can live with for the moment.
Having been spoilt by the levels of service in the US, by online as well as brick&mortor companies in terms of options and customer care, India was a shock and still is in lots of cases. one this that I have been happy about in last 5 years is Sifymall.
Guys keep the good work going.
The online chat can be improved a bit. But there are other ways of reaching them (phone)so I guess not a big deal.
