I booked a table for 10 persons on 17th June 2012 at 2-30pm., booking was done over phone on 13th June. I reached there sharp at 2-30 pm, surprised to find that no table was booked for me;
I was asked to wait for 15 mins; approach was very casual. I waited till 3-00pm then compelled to leave the place and had lunch in some other place. I had a loss of face in front of my guests.3-4 yrs back I was a regular customer of Sigree. Last three years, I was away from Kolkata.
I could not imagine the degradation in Sigree’s management. They were behaving in such manner that it appeared I am asking for some charity or favour!! I will never visit Sigree.
