The Sigree buffet is a must try for everyone. Both the veg and non-veg buffets are equally good. We had the perfect meal and had no complains whatsoever. The food was good, ambiance decent, service quick, and waiters polite, what more could you ask for. If I have to be picky then I’ll say they could have provided welcome drinks as part of the buffet and not something that you had to pay for separately.
We had Methi Murg and Mutton Do pyaza as the gravy dishes and Chicken Biryani in the Rice section. The mutton was well cooked and the meat came off the bone easily. The chicken was okay but the biryani was plain ordinary and overwhelmed by the amount of mace and black cardamon also the chicken pieces in the biryani were pretty dry.The vegetarian section of the main course was quite good though, with the Dal Makhani shining through. The Paneer and Vegetable gravy dishes were also well made.
