I am using sikka Broadband for last 4 Months and logged more than 20 complaints of fiber cut and No Internet very frequently. They promise always that complaints will be resolve in 2 hrs but it always took 2 to 3 days. Now I am facing issue of "No Internet" happening in every 2 minutes for few minutes and forced to work with mobile Internet from 31st Aug-2020 till today 7th Sep-2020. They closed my 3 complaints by saying that they have given reset from back-end and now it will work but nothing improved. Now last complain logged on Thursday 3rd Sep-2020 still open and no one queried for my problem. This is worst experience with any Broadband service provider so far in last 7 Years.
