Hello friends! I am sharing my views on Internet service provider that is Sikka Broadband. I got this connection last year. The internet speed is very slow. We can’t use two or more apps at same time because it takes more time to download. If I use facebook , twitter, mail then I can’t check simultaneously.
To change app itself it takes time. If I download video it takes more time and its irritating. I saw video for few seconds then I wait for few seconds and downloading. The network coverage is too bad. The customer care is too worst. If we call they are not answering properly. Simply they ask them to wait and connecting to other person. Our balance only will go. They often tell to change cables then you will get high internet speed. They should change cables but instead they are asking us to pay. Its waste of money. I am totally disappointed .
I am not recommend other’s to buy. Thank you.
