Yelagiri is on a driving distance from either chennai or bangalore. Climate is cool and the place is good. Not many places to visit except for the lake and a park along with musical fountains. Not many shopping options except for a small market.
There are frequent power cuts in Yelagiri hills, but this resort is with power backup which really helps.
The resort is full of greenary, well maintained lawns and places to sit and relax. Lots of indoor and outdoor games like carrom, Table tennis, shuttle badminton, cricket and lot of activities for the kids. They organize fire place and music in the nights. Very good place for family with kids as they offer customized food for kids.
Hospitality is excellent and boys who work are courteous. Also this place is affordable and a good value for money.
