Wish I had read the reviews in mouth shut before booking a cab with silicon thugs. My experience was the same to the dot as in the reviews. Booked a innova at premium, called them everyday till the journey date to confirm the booking. Every time promised the cab will arrive at booked time sharp.
No driver details yet on the travel date. Called up every hour till the travel time, excuses after excuses, at journey time suddenly get a driver number, you call him he will sound like a drunkard. question the silicon lady, she will say that he is in his senses only and she is tracking him in GPS, ask her where is he, she will tell a different place than the driver.
By this time I had booked another cab and kept calling the silicon lady and the driver, nobody picked up, after some time driver said his car had broke down, told him to come to my place at any cost. Kept trying his number, never picked up the call. In the mean time the other cab arrived, we left with it. The drunk thug kept calling, just ignored this psychos. After reading the reviews I felt they have perfected this modus operandi, not sure what pleasure they derive in this but need to be psychos and thank god for saving me from them.
They are a shame to Bangalore’s service professionalism.
