Once I signed with their plan, I got my login details very shortly along with a welcome call to explain about their support procedures. I understood the procedures to reach support team and they finally asked me for a reseller training. They asked the free time and asked to come to technical chat.
The chat people gave a reseller training and it was very useful. They were very cool and informative according to the client. Apart from that if I have any clarification ill raise ticket and they gave with detailed procedures. Only if I have any doubts I used to go to tech chat for clarification. As per my experience they are very good for the package they gave. Very good hosting provider in the market with such high end hardwares. I recommend them for new people who want to starts.
