I hosted 2 of my sites with them and later switched over to another webhost. The people there in the company will never respond to yourtickets!
They are very good in MARKETING. I was one among the victims of their scams.
I give 0/10 for this wonderful company which is very good for doing fake thingsand very popular for allegedly cheating 50.000+ people in India.
Their marketing team will make 1000 phone calls to pay the money and take aplan. Then, they will never respond to any of your queries.
VERY POOR customer support: Most of the people don’t have any knowledge in thesubject area.
There are so many other good webhosts in Indiaitself. So please do a good google search before buying the pack. In any case, DO NOT opt for this stupid company. You will be in serious trouble and yourwebsite will never be up. You can mark my works. I am writing this out of badexperience with them, so that by seeing this at least some one can save his money!
