I have contact them in online chat. They never answered to my question. Instead of that, they have asked my email id at first and mobile number. And stored in their database and verified them. Even after verifying my information, they didn’t answered properly. I used this company long back. Hosted 2 of website. and transferred to other hosting company. But by this time, I thought they must improve their service. But they are not. Their only goal is to make money in cheapest in-human way. have seen so many bad review about this company.
Don’t believe this hosting company. My advise is to stray away from this website.
