I did hired Silicon House service back in May. I have had serveral problems since I started with this service, starting from downtime up to suspension.
They argue that one of my websITES_Company was consuming all the server cpu resources, they did warned me but suspended the "trouble" domain hosting right after, I have serveral domains hosted in their servers, I have no access to any of them now.
They changed the email servers settings without prior notice and now none of my domains emails work and I have no way to check the settings, I have no access to any Cpanel on any domain neither.
I’m really and utterly disspointed, they offer but can’t comply with what they advertise, AVOID this hosting service, Go with hostgator or even godaddy.
Now they want to force me to hire a dedicated server, in the meantime my data has been kidnapped since I have absolutely no access to it.
