I bought a reseller account from July Cloud, a Silicon host company. They will suspend any of my accounts in each day for simple reasons like they found a jpeg file in temp folder. Any of my websites will always be down. Otherwise their server will be down. So I asked them for a refund. They won’t provide any refund. So I made a comment in their facebook page regarding my issues and at the same moment they suspended all my domains and didn’t provide any refund or any backup.
This is happened just within 2 months after purchasing their hosting. But fortunately I have a cpanel api that will take the cpanel backups of all my websites hosted in different servers and will transfer it via ftp to an external server. So my humble advice to anybody who is looking to purchase hosting space from this company is to avoid them or have a look at other comments from their previous customers. They are really scammers.
