I had bought a unicorn back in may-2005 from this place. overall I felt the staff was the good, the formalities were done well. but the guy recommended me to buy the non-electric version of the bike quite strongly. which was complete non-sense , he did this I think to get rid of some non-electric versions of the bike.
Also I had called twice to verify whether my bike had reached the showroom for pickup or not. the second time I called I got an irritated response. but when I went to pickup the bike I found out that it wasn’t there. when I went to inquire about the woman who had picked up the phone gave me a cold stare which pissed me off.
I wasn’t in the mood to fight so did not. Anyway some guy had to drive the bike from some far off place which made us wait for 2 hrs. Who knows how that guy would have driven , the first 500 kms have to be driven slowly. Got my rc book with a delay of 1.5 months.
