DHAKKAN AIRLINES

This is in reference to the cancellation of a Deccan Flight DN 755 It was booked through an ICICI Credit card of Sandip Dey on 29th Feb, 2008 for travel from Jaipur to Kolkata on 12th March, 2008. The flight was cancelled after all the passengers had boarded the flight as there was sparks in the engine room.


We were assured that the full refund of our tickets would be rolled over to the Credit Card Account within 10-14 days. Today it is more than two (2) months but no roll-back has been done to my card account as confirmed by the Credit Card Company.


My ticket number was:6493762 for 2 persons and the total amount paid through credit card was Rs6998/-. Now my **credit card bill for this month along with interest has amounted to Rs7, 132.10.


*I had even enclosed the Cancelled Boarding passes which were stamped by Air Deccan officials mentioning that full refund was to be provided.As it is we faced so many problems that night and now still we’re being harassed about the roll over of the refund.


I have sent them 4 mails, talked to their customer helpline but they only give an automated reply.


This is a case of **BLATANT CHEATING!!!!
