Here some lesser known facts for the cry-babies to chew on:

Air Deccan has adopted a ’lean-and-mean’ approach to staffing and aims at maintaining a low aircraft-to-employee ratio-[why do you want to pay for half a dozen models to smile at you when you enter tand leave the plane?]

The food is not included on your ticket. You can buy snacks at decent rates while on flight-[why do you hav to pay 5 star rates for lousy food when none of your journeys within the country last for more than 3hrs?]
3>
The ATRs of Air Deccan (the small ones with huge fan like blades under the wings)are charged amost half of the rental at Airports-[guess whom the savings are passed on to?]
4>
Heard of ludicrous rumours on the questionable safety aspects of flying deccan-[for your info, all flights of all airlines are subject to the same safety standards...to the last rivet]
5>
The delay in timings-could possibly be linked to point 3> discussed above-something to do with ATC priorirties I guess[if someone could throw more light?]
6>
To get a better hang of this ’concept airline’ please read their ad in their flight magazine.

Deccan isnt always advisable if your schedule is tightly time bound. [time=money, only this time if you’re not in a tearing hurry you can save a lot of money!!]
I am sure there are hundreds of you out there who could shred this review and flush it down. But hey, please give it a thought. An honest thought.
