This airline needs to undergo a 360 degree workout to turnaround the quality of services, timings and other such factors. Very low level of ground staff service, but what you pay is what you get? But a person paying a higher fare on Air Deccan better travel by a full service airline.
I took the flight twice under unfortunate circumstances since I could not get tickets on alt flight, and once the flight got delayed by 5 hours and another time it got cancelled to next day(one of the times it was summer). And I have decided to keep away from this airline, since on any given airport Air Deccan has the reputation of being the last airplane to leave. In addition, the airline does not even inform its passengers of cancellations that were scheduled much before the departure time even though they know that the cancellation has already occurred.
My recommendation, delay your travel by a day but avoid Air Deccan at all costs.
