Had to go on a business trip to kolhapur and come back the next day, only deccan flies there so no choice, flight is at abt 945am. We go to airport to find out it has been delayed to 1235 (reason i guess was nt enough load and hence must hv hoped for last min booking) had to come back home and then go back again at 1145
Neverthless atleast rchd kolhapur, was hving dinner, got an sms saying next day morning flight to bombay cancelled due operations reason, was stunned, cos there was no other flight back to mumbai and the next flight back was after 2 days (that too one wasnt sure if that wld remain uncancelled)
When I called up airdeccan they never knew abt the cancellation, only when they were asked to ckeck properly they confirmed the cancellation, the staff dint know the reason also
had to finally take a tourist car upto pune and take a cab frm there eventually spending 9 hrs on the road, and missing our business appointments in , mumbai
Never again by air deccan even if offered a crore rupees to travel by this so called airline
They are making a mockery of passengers’ time and money
