SIMPLY LIE

Air deccan is a very poor service. i arrived well in advance for the flight but it was delayed by an hour’s time. after that hour passed, due to long queue at security check for other airlines’ passengers i arrived a little late for boarding, 5 mins late, but boarding was still going on. front desk representative did not give me boarding passes upon my repeated requests and was not bothered to hear what I had to say. it was hardly a problem, I could have very well made it to the flight. decided never to fly air deccan again. people who dont care!! first they make you wait and then for no mistake of yours dont want you to fly!


plus you have to pay for water on board! n I guess they have the highest track record for delayed/cancelled flights and they dont even give you rescheduling options. I guess you heard about the recent incident where a delhi bound flight took more than a day and finally was grounded elsewhere and they didnt let the passengers venture out and one of the frustrated passengers tried to make an emergency exit and then they sued him for damaging emergency exit door for a hell of an amount whereas they were the ones to be sued for a horrific flying experience. like one of the guy’s said here: Do yourself a favour, DONT FLY DECCAN. SIMPLY LIE.
