Hi .. i enrolled with simpli learn for an online course couple of months back and trust me I have just completed couple of classes .. my introduction class was fine and right from the second week my classes started showing it was cancelled.. I approached the person who was in contact with me.. he just kept telling me that he will check and call me for a week and again couple of classes been missed in this process.. then I have to write back to the team which enrolled me and a guy called.. let me tell you something.. these guys doesnt have the basic courtesy of introducing themselves before they contact a learner.. a random call or a random whatsapp text where you have to request for a name to know whom you are talking too.. a guy called me after the mail escalation. He was very professional.. he helped me to join a new batch and told me that i will get a call for my LMS..I was happy that I can continue with my classes.. but thats all.. nothing happen after that.. another week passed by.. again I have to write back and then called a person.. not sure if the same person called me again because these guys doesnt have the habit of introducing themselves.. and he told me that he will call me the next morning at 10am to give me the LMS so that I can continue with the classes again.. the call never happened.. then again I had to write back and the guy who enrolled me texted me in whatapp asking what happened.. again I have to request for his name to understand whom iam talking too.. this guy who gave 10 calls a day to enroll me is hesitating to give a call and understand the issue.. he is texting over whatsapp and telling that he will connect the call with the team the next day.. he acted as if the latest update never happened and once the cohort is chaged we have to log in and check on ourselves without the LMS.. not sure he meant this.. but he specified that we can do this LMS by ourselves once the cohort is changed..
As these guys dont understand the seriousness about the urgency of the completion of the course.. I was requesting for a senior person from the management to talk to me so that I can explain him the issue and he can sort it out for me.. he has denied that. And he told me that he is denying that.. that was so rude.. I think you guys have to change the name of the company from Simpli learn to Simpli enroll.. nothing happens after that.. I didnt mean to be so rude.. but the simpli learn team has already asked 4 sorries and still I dont get a solution for my problem.. what do I do.. still wait for 4 more sorries?
If your support structure is not strong to support online classes, then why do you promise hands on classes.. iam not that digitally strong.. I would have choose some other old timer.. totally fed up and not intrested in this anymore..!!
