True review and guys beware before you put money into this fraud training program. Simplilearn has a very bad repo as a training program and customer service.I registered for a master data science program in Simplilearn paying 33000 on March 22 2019.Course detail # - CSTM_J9QQF0EM0G1When I saw the course content, it is quite very basic, you can find similar videos in Youtube and online random websites. Quality of training ain’t good as well.Also I am travelling to US, I couldn’t pursue the silly course and I talked their manager Harish and associate Priya Lama that I won’t be able to do this course as I am travelling.They agreed to cancel the course and refund me full amount on 27th March 2019.28th March 2019 I raised a ticket # 00348821 and after reviewing they agreed to pay the amount back.I waited for 10 days still I did not receive money and then I raised ticket 2 on 9th April i.e. # 00353215. customer service told your money has already been processed.I was like fine and then waited for 5 more days and raised another ticket 3 on 14th April i.e. #00355115. The same we have processed your amount.It doesn’t take forever to process someone’s money. It hardly takes 5 to 7 or max 10 days.I have started putting my feedback to help fellow learners and aspirators. Next step is to put a legal case on consumer forum and police case under IT act section 43, 66 and 66A.Simplilearn has very bad reputation in market, Guys please don’t fall in its trap.I wish Mouthshut team can help me get my refund, I am really stuck.PFA
