Disappointing experience with SimpliLearn regardin

I had a very disappointing experience with SimpliLearn regarding my PMP exam. I enrolled in their program, completed all the required training sessions, self-assessments. After self learning they told me to update my PMP profile and application. I have updated the same and said wait for reply from PMP. I have tried to contact coordinator from simplilearn many times after getting reply from PMI for exam voucher and key but coordinator from simplilearn team has left there job and they failed to help in further process. In this process exam voucher expired, now they are saying you have to pay full amount.


I reached out to their support team multiple times, but the responses were either delayed or unhelpful. It seems like they are quick to take your money but fall short when it comes to delivering what was promised. This delay and lack of accountability have caused unnecessary stress and frustration during an already challenging process.


I would not recommend SimpliLearn to anyone expecting professional and reliable service, especially for something as important as the PMP certification. Look elsewhere if you value your time and money.
