Two sisters who get married in the same house.......where have you heard this before? Maybe in Gharana? Or Kkusum? Or maybe even Amanat......
Sindoor is about two girls, Vedika and Niharika who are sisters. Vedia is insane, whereas Niharika is the sane one. They live with their mother only.
In another house in some part of Mumbai, there are the Raizada’s. There is Kavita and Viren who are the parents, and they have two sons, Dhruv, and Antariksh, and also a daughter Tara. Antariksh is handicapped b/c in his childhood he had an accident with Dhruv in which his leg, and hand got ’’damaged’’. Kavita ’’believes’’ that Dhruv did that deliberately since Dhruv is normal.
Dhruv loves Aarti, who is a lawyer but he is often neglected by his mother b/c of that accident. One day, there’s a party and accidently Antariksh bumps into a girl who falls down, the girl raises the roof about his handicappness, so Kavita vows to get him a beautiful bride.
Kavita meets Niharika and asks her hand in marriage to Antariksh. Niharika tells Kavita that she will marry her son condition being that her younger sister gets married to Dhruv. Kavita agrees. Dhruv is sad about his mother’s wishes but agrees later on. Aarti just disappears for a while. At their engagement Dhruv finds out that Vedika is insane but he still doesnt say anything, even Kavita keeps quiet b/c she loves Antariksh more than Dhruv.
Niharika loves Rahul so whenever Kavita wants to get her and Antariksh married, she somehow avoids it. Later on, she gets married to Antariksh. Dhruv starts to fall for Vedika, and Niharika avoids Antariksh’s and her’s consumation. Vedika becomes normal again and turns out that she loves Suraj, she forgets everything relating to her marriage with Dhruv. Dhruv vows to find Suraj for her, and he does. Dhruv lets Vedika go but at the weddind altar of Suraj and Vedika, Vedika realizes that she loves Dhruv, so she goes back to him.
Later on, Tara falls for Rahul, so they get married despite failure attempts by Tara’s chachi. Rahul and Niharika have an extra-marital relationship, Tara doesnt know. Niharika gets pregnant with Rahul’s kid, so Niharika tries to consumate with Antariksh so she doesnt get blamed. At Antariksh’s birthday, Antariksh reveals that Niharika was cheating on him, so he kicks her out....(there’s more but this is enough)

This show is just like any other one with twists and turns....watch this if you’re addicted to soaps.
