I am a frequent business traveller around SE Asia and I often find myself flying out to Singapore on Singapore Airlines. I am always disappointed and recently I was appalled at the way I am treated on these flights. When I fly business class there is at least a modicum of courtesy shown towards the passenger.
However recently travelling in Economy ex London I asked for a glass of water. Not only was I ignored twice but on the third occasion I was told to Shut the f# up by the stewardess. When I tried to make a complaint to the supervisor I was described as abusive and persistently difficult, and told that if I didnt keep quiet I would be blacklisted.
The food was cold and unpalatable and generally disgusting.
The check in queues were long and the staff bored and unfriendly. I would make every effort not to fly this airline again.
