I had great hope from this well-known company and its product ’’sewing machines’’ till we purchase it for ourselves. The sales agents are like greedy brokers...who promise ’heavens’ and evaporate from the scene the moment you sign off their order. When the accounts people turn up for payments, they disown the discounts promised by the sales-brokers.
Then come the maintenance staff...who are incompetent mechanics from the market working as daily wage labourers who are fond of being called time and again so as may be to claim their wage from the Coy but the health of the machine deteriorates with every additional visits they tend to make. Then it is a nightmare. No opportunity to learn or use it... no mental peace left to think that you possess a machine ever. The top executives don’t care..they not replace, repair or listen. You be punished for your own wrong decision. Why should they bother?
