I have asked quotation of booking 01 Double Door Fridge and 01 washing machine from Bhogal, Delhi to Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. Person named Prashant was calling he gave me quotation of 5700+ S.T. even after enquiring for 02 good days and asking each and every question about the charges he gave me same figure. So, I finally booked my stuff at the time of pick up my stuff they have not filled any documents in front of my family everything was already filled . They have given me 05 days to deliver it. There was no word from them even after 06 days after calling them again and again for whole day in the evening they told me that by mistake your stuff reached Banglore now it will take 04 more days. then after 02 days I received bank details of a person name Surender Singh from the same no I was contacting during all that time. After calling on the same no person attending the call said his name is Surendar Singh and Prashant is not in the office and ask me to pay 7500 more giving me break up of local tempo charges, packing charges, Insurance(which I never get to see I believe he has not taken it at all, he harassed me for paying the money which was not mentioned to at all before booking my stuff. Even after asking him 100 times to put Prashant whom I was talking with on conference to clarify things but I never get to talk to that person again. He threaten me to keep my stuff and and not returning the money which I already paid and in the end made me transfer 7500 in his account. In the end I paid up 14000/- for old refrigerator and washing machine. and even after paying the money he has not delivered my stuff and stopped attended my call started disconnecting it. after 02 days I received a SMS with a no where I contacted and they delivered my stuff.
