1- its too expensive. The actual bill is way too high & far beyond the estimate provided.
2- We just had a delivery done, they charged us for N95 Mask @ 180Rs × 4 per day for both mother & child. when i asked about it, they are just saying its hospital protocol. over and above they will charge you for ppe kit too.. ?? only for N95 Mask.we paid around 6000 Rs...which i feel is not justified.
3- After delivery you will not know who is the consultant who will visit you, sometimes they just say hi from outside & don’t even check you but when you see the bill they will include the consultant fees
4- All you need is to follow hospital protocol & as a patient or customer you just have to follow it. no one will listen to you.
over all if you planning for a child delivery i do not recommend this hospital as it does not justify the cost as per the services provided. you should look for other alternative where in you get good service at a lower cost.
