Let me talk about my painful journey with city broadband, it all began when I decided to get a broadband connection installed, speaking of which the installation of a Siti Broadband connection actually takes a month or two if you are lucky, the installation guys will try to avoid your house even they will hide from you or they will be outright rude, after the installation gets completed the Internet service will start immediately but after 6 to 7 months you will start to experience low speed, you will try to call the service provider guys and guess what? no one would be there to answer your calls, after a lot of efforts you will get a call from their side telling you that in order to get good internet speed like the one before, you need to subscribe to a higher package, but this shall continue to happen with you after every 6 to 7 months.
Secondly is the internet itself, . sometimes I feel that the internet connectivity has some kind of Artificial Intelligence in it because of which it acts according to its mood swings, like when its happy the net is on, files will get downloaded and yet sometimes when its angry the Net will be gone and no downloads of course whatsoever.
Thirdly is the Service provided by the Service providers, . well this is the area where they play god, I mean if you experience any kind of technical anomalies or snags in the Network, after making many calls from your side they will finally respond, and mind you meanwhile they will Hide, avoid and be rude to you so that they don’t have to their job, finally one day like an Angel they come for your rescue fix your problem and you find God.
Trust me its not an Internet Service Provider its a vicious circle of miseries with a lot of drama from the beginning to the end I wont recommend this service provider at all the only thing that is good about Siti Broadband is its Internet speed.
