Siti brodband is one of the worth brodband ever because I am using from 15 auguest 2017 and I have taken 1150 rs package in which they provides me 30mbps speed and 30 gb per day downlod limit ( as they say) but in reality its speed reached to the 3.mbps to 3.5 Mbps
Its customer care facility is too bad because they make customer fool because when I contact to the customer call and tell my problem of the internet speed the thy always advice me to to go to the speed test.com and select the 2 server when. I select 2 then it show that 15 Mbps which is false it is not showing true speed they make the customer fool
Some time its suddenly drop the net connection when I am using the net on desktop and suddenly many time popup comes that plz check your net connection .even I connected to the net but then also I have have to face this type of nonsence problem
Siti brodband taking high rate of monthly package price.
It is really bad and worst brodband connection .i am never going to advice to use siti brodband .plz stay away .from this
