Despite Having a plan 30Mbps getting less than 1Mbps speed, I booked a Trouble Ticket. OKay, response time is fair, but resolution is .Worst ever.
Being a Technical person(experience in telecom Sector for last 10 Years) I know little bit about Internet and others.
The Person told me That I am not Getting Speed due to my Processor is not Powerful enough to Hold 30Mbps Speed, so I am getting less than1Mbps Speed. I lost my words.
I informed him 1 month ago this PC having same processor handled 50Mbps Speed without any Trouble.
He again told .may be but look at your Task Manager, processor use is 100%, so this is due to Lower Processor or any Virus.
Please Help Sity Broadband by Removing this Tech Persons . and also Help me to get Full Speed.
