I’m using SITI Broadband last two years, in the beginning I feel very comfortable with their speed and their customer service. But from last July 2016 I facing speed drop problem, network fluctuation and the worst technical support, If you are in Kolkata then think twice and more for new Installation. Because speed and the technical support is unexpectedly worst. I talk with their customer care operator(technical support team) and he speaks like a owner of the company and he start debate with me without giving any resolution. & I feel very bad about their manners they don’t have any idea how to talk with a customer. So go for other internet provider like Wishnet, Alliance, they have lots of packages and very decent speed in low price also good customer service.
