For the last 1 month, my siti broadband internet is not working due to faulty modem. I have done complaints so many times but they are not fixing the modem, and no one is visiting to fix it.
I want a refund of my Security of Rs 3500+ 1 month internet plan amount of Rs 580.
And Siti Broadband is also not refunding my security amount+ 1 month internet plan charges due to faulty modem and not provided the services.
