Friends I had installed this broadband two months earlier. Initially for almost ten days it served well but after that each and every day almost for hundred times a day it get disconnected not for on or two minutes, when it goes go for long. When we called its customer care at first their number does not get connected except few times and with few telecom provider. They sent their representative after our lot of cry. Initialy he said there is no problem then suddenly said ok there is one. Then said every thing is fine. When he went, after an hour the earlier problem started happening again with ninty times a day. Then again we called they refused to send technician by saying that every thing is fine from here, you guys are pretending. Then after a month we discoutinued, then they started calling and harrasing us why you are not starting and when will you be. Since our locality has only this broadband , thats why we had installed it. After few days of this hue and cry we again installed because they had promised that problem won’t persist again. But after a single day every thing just started again, now when we are calling them they say just live with it. They say we will do it but do not send technician.
