The BOSS scores.

What A Wait it has been. A complete relief for all Rajni fans. This movie has

been rocking news channels for weeks now. Finally, It is here. And I got to see

it on Day 1! Sivaji The Boss is surely a mind-blowing film which will stay in the

minds of Rajni fans for ages.

Shankar is back with his corruption based concept. Vivek, back with his bag-full

of rib-tickling jokes. And, um? did I miss someone? Yes! Rajni is back with a

bang! Only more youthful and charming than ever. A.R.Rahman scores again with his

peppy tunes.

The Story.

Sivaji(Rajnikanth) is a computer engineer from the U.S. who has accumulated a

lot of wealth there and comes back to India to serve his country’s poor. He sets

out on a noble aim to provide free education and medical facilities to the poor.

But, the corrupt politicians demand bribe for every aspect driving Rajni to the

verge of bankruptcy. AadhiSeshan(Suman) is a big-shot who has the Govt under his

control. He demands Sivaji’s project to be stalled and closed. Sivaji loses

everything and becomes poor.

He decides the fight back and does it strong. He goes on a man-hunt to find out

where every politician stores the black-money. Discovers it and threatens the

politicians to inform the Income-Tax Dept. The politicians gives half their black

money to Sivaji as consideration and he cleverly converts them into White money.

He finally opens Sivaji University and Hospital which provides free education and

medical facilities.

From here, AdiSeshan fights back. The climax is extremely unexpected and

gripping.

The music and background scores by Rahman is great. The song videos are extremely

well made. Vivek marks his return to the competitive comedy market by his

spontaeneous and quick-witted jokes. The movie scores in all aspects(except

Rajni’s dancing!).

Sivaji is a great film. A usual Shankar storyline with an all-new Rajni. Take

that for a surprise package! This BOSS is sure to make heads turn!
