Hi everyone todays topic is basic skin care during summer.
the most important thing is to drink 3 litres water in a day as we know that water is best for our skin to replenish skin, tighten lines, get an inner glow and detox process. drink more and more liquids like fruit juice. say big no to cold drinks.
in a morning when we are wake up just wash the face with water and apply rose water . rose water removes dirt and clogged pores and puffy under of eyes .use rose water in facepacks.
in summer the most worst things is sweat, the most common problem is sweat smell in a shoes, so take a one bucket of water add a Listerine dip the foot it will remove foot odour. apply antiperspirant on back of foot to avoid blisters.
for a pimple problem use natural facepacks use multani mitti, rose water, sandal wood powder is the best in summer. warm up green tea bag and put on pimples for reduce their visibility. also we can apply aloe vera gel to hydrate and soothing skin. use lemon on tanning skin.
tomato is also good for tan skin.
in summer avoid to go out from the home in after noon, when we are going out make sure to apply sunscreen lotion and cover the face and hair .
