The skin during winters get very dry and itchy due to heavy dryness. There should be proper intake of water and fruits to avoid this situation. Here is a skin nourishing pack to get rid of the dryness in winter which can be used 2-3 times a week. Mix Pinch of Turmeric, 1/2 Tspn of full fat milk, Gram flour, Honey, coconut water(increase or decrease the quantity as per your requirement) and apply to your skin and let it dry for 8-10 minutes and wash off with cool water. This pack hydrates the skin and removes the tan as well.
