I purchased Skoda Fabia, ambiente model in January 2011. The car has a good performance overall. It gives you an Skoda brand under 6 lakhs, so its not a bad deal that ways. The rather disappointing side of Skoda is the dealership service. I am not being over judgmental here, my experience with two different dealers in two different cities has been really disappointing.
They overcharge on your services and THEY DO NOT PROVIDE PICK AND DROP FACILITY TO YOUR HOMES. I mean this is ridiculous, Maruti Suzuki provides this facility to even its 800 customers.
I would like to recommend you to know the after sale facilities that your dealer is willing to provide. Purchase is the only time when you can impose terms and conditions , if you cannot bargain with the price , then bargain on the after sale facilities.
