I had bought a Skybag trolley bag for Rs.4323/-. Before buying the sales executive had told me that the product will be having 3 years international warranty and in case any defective found within the period it will serviced free of cost. Since skybag is a brand of VIP itself I believed him and purchased the bag. But after few days when my bags wheels warn out he says it is not covered in warranty and not repair with cost means I put this bags in dustbin in only 8 month I think local bag is more batter it running one year and easily reliable at anywhere with 80% low cost than skybags.
