This is to bring to your notice that I am not at all satisfied with the service and product that I have purchased a bag CREW 3 LAPTOP BACKPACK DA-CK 15-319902 through one of your distributors Ashok General Store in Virar.
The explain you the senario, I had just travelled with the bag for about 2.5km with covering the bag with the raincoat that is provided.
To bring your notice the raincoat was all wet from inside my stuffs in the bag were wet costing me 15k as I had my laptop inside.
The guy at the store tells me that we don’t provide warranty if the water has dripped in through the chains, I have agreed to what he said as I have used a skybag in the past.
But this time the stuffs were wet like from the mid to the bottom of the bag.
He is like try it once and than click pics to show it to the company so that we can proof.
Being such a big brand you need proof also looking at the color combination of the bag you can never notice it through the pics if the bag is wet.
My sister also brought the same brand and she did not face the issue with it.
I cannot wait as per what the store man told me to do as it’s just started raining cannot put my electronic stuffs at more risk, would request you to give me a replacement or refund.
