This is regarding a new restaurant i.e. Citrus, outer ring road, Bangalore.
We had planned to visit this restaurant for team dinner on 12/23 at Citrus Hotel, Bangalore. We found food very good and our experience was good. We planned again to visit this restaurant one more time to have lunch again today. We booked tables and visited this restaurant along-with other 40 team members. Table was booked and restaurant staff happy to see us again. Many of team members are strictly vegetarian.
Then we faced a blunder.
We had soup from vegetarian mentioned vessel and start enjoying soup with starters. It was goof-up; restaurant guys put ‘Veg’ mark on wrong vessel. It was non-veg soup actually. Few of our team members found chicken piece in this soup and report to restaurant staff. But restaurant staff re-confirmed that it is veg soup. But it was not veg. Team members again report to staff and asked him to check with chef. He checked with chef and found it was a non-veg soup.
Due to this many of our vegetarian shocked and traumatized.
