I am using this application since 2 months ago and I face many issues in this applications.
First of all the sign up method is not so good, we specifically Microsoft or skype account to connect with Skype.
The message sending and receiving time is not so good it too late.
The video quality is poor.
Voice over IP is not available in India.
I suggest you to use whatsapp instead of skype.
