Just received my sauna belt in a brown from Skyshopdeals bought online from Ekart. Got cheated as mentioned below :-
(1) Cardboard packing ( No original Co. PKG). Can be used or returned defective product
(2) Promised free gift mentioned on website and also mentioned on invoice but not delivered - Fake claims
(3) No operation or instructions manual.
(4) No free diet plan as claimed on website
(5) No warranty card.
(6)Only manual bill (hand written) with no invoice no or phone details to contact. How can one claim fake 5 yrs warranty promised on skyshopdeals with such bills.
(6) No customer service number. One buynow number website is always busy in case if connected, the Lady on hearing its a complain or service call puts down the phone.
Another confirmation call received from Ekart (from same lady) ask for 3 digit PIN to connect which customer never receives.
(7) I think its skyshopdeals selling Mexel teleshopping products (Orange & black sauna belt) unprofessional and
Unethical business selling second hand or returned products with fake claims on website showing good photos and absconding after u give money to their courier person. Even their courier man who called twice for delivery and didn’’t give me free gift worth 200Rs(wallet) doesnt pick-up the calls. He claims that there’’s no free gift even though mentioned on Invoice and he is just delivery person. Don’’t buy anything online from big online brands as these days fake sellers on so called big Online brands like Flipkart, Amazon, Ebay, Ekart, Skyshopdeals, or even teleshopping are all just the same. Selling scrap and cheap things and disappear, abscond or dont bother for complaint calls or may show hidden terms and conditions when u approach for resolutions. Its best to physically see the products before buying from Retail shops. At least u dont regret getting fooled once money is paid.
