Unprofessional & very Poor Service. They promise a lot, take full money before shifting but didn’t even respond after that.
# Very slow packing - plan your journey at least after one day, else you may need to cancel ticket & re-schedule your journey.
# Never Pay full amount - they will ask for full money & will least bother about you are your materials after getting money
# Insist for Proper packing - found lot of damages of materials after unpacking.
# Don’t unpack / set materials - Simply unpack one or two items & leave with a promise to come back after a while & didn’t turn-up. Every time promise to send worker next day. At last you have to get it unpacked by yourself to use it.
# Don’t get insurance thro’ them - had taken 3% amount(of material’s declared value) for comprehensive insurance, but didn’t pay amount for damaged materials. Don’t pick call, don’t reply of WhatsApp messages & e-mails.
# Very poor & unprofessional service. Didn’t recommend to get your valuable materials shifted thro’ them.
