I got transfer from Delhi to Hyderabad, I called lot of movers and packers, and then finally decided to go with Skywing as there prices were very attractive,
I have to move all my furntiture and household to two locations
One to hyderbad and other to Allahabad.
Day 1:The Agent came to my Place to see the items so that he can give me an estimate, He gave me an estimate of 33 k
Day 2: 3 Guys came to my house with there packing material, it looked very ordinary,
Some of the boxes they packed were not even wrapped with sheets,
Also as soon you dissapear to some other room they started packing from themselves
and didnt bothered about which item was sent to which place,
So in many cases they put the stuffs that I want for hyderabad to allahabad box.
Also the Bill they created was of 39160 rs and later they said Service tax was not included in this.
Day 4: All the stuff which was supposed to reach Allahabad Reached on day 4 at around 1 Am in night and
there was only one guy and that too the driver of truck who came with luggaage
ANd the Household itmes like Sofa, Bed etc you can assume how would have been unloaded
Day 10: THere Delhi Head called me that he will be sharing the Account details on which I have to transfer the money, I waited but he didnt send anything,
Day 11:they called me that luggae has reached, PLease be ready with cash we will reach by 4,
No body came on that day and they didnt even bothered to call me and inform me about it .
Day 12 it was sunday they called again and said today for sure, Ok the luggage came at around 7 Pm in evening,
THe guy denied unloading of luggage without the full payment, So I went to Bank ATM and took out 30 K rest 9 k I paid as cheque
then they unloaded evrything, Later I realised my one box was missing my Microwave Oven, they said that it will be sent to you in 3 days,
I called them after 5 days they said It has been sent to Manglore by mistake and will bring it back in 2-3 days
I again called them after 4 days, they again said the same thing that we have sent a boy to collect it .
The few good things abt this is they will allow you to pay on deleivery but thats of no purpose as that you have to pay before your loggaage is unloaded
They are a bit cheap.
COns:They are not at all reliable
They were so unprofesional that after doing mistake they even stopped picking your phone.
The chances are that one out of three you will lost your luggage
The Boys whom work under them are pathetic in behavior
Most of the stuff was mixed from there side ie the one which I wanted to sent to Allahabad was sent to Hyderabad and vice versa
They dont give a damn about informing you, they will run behind you untill you dont book them,
and once you book them, and your luggage is with them, You are lost .
