I would like to tell about our ongoing experience with sleek. We had approached them in Dec 2024 for wardrobes, cabinets, mandir etc and full payment has also been made. The work has stopped leaving our house in total disarray. The materials have not come and it might not come for an indefinite period as there is a software glitch as per them. Inspite of that, they themselves are not sure when supply will start. They have not been able to rectify the glitch and our house which is under renovation since Dec 2024 will see another indefinite delay. All the materials they use come from Maharastra while we stay in Kolkata. I personally feel we should get things done from local reputed companies as far as possible. I don’t know when this work will be completed. The sleek executives are difficult to approach and the lower staff not aware of things. Yesterday in anticipation of no work and indefinite delay, the company withdrew the carpenters and the tools too and we have been left to in the limbo. It might be a one off problem but they have not been able to rectify it neither they are sure of the future course of action. That’s what bothers me. I won’t give a sweeping judgement whether to take the services of this company buy I will definitely not make things from them in future and also advise my friends not to do so. All this when I paid the full amount which is in lacs.
