I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with The Sleep Company. I placed an order expecting a smooth transaction, but instead, I was met with false promises, repeated delays, and poor customer service.
At the time of booking, I was assured a one-week delivery, yet they kept pushing the timeline to over a month. Meanwhile, they continued selling the same product on their website with a promised one-week delivery, misleading potential customers.
After weeks of delays, I finally requested a cancellation. Even then, they dragged their feet on processing it, holding onto my money unnecessarily.
This company is deceptive and untrustworthy—they do not value their customers, fail to fulfill commitments, and completely lack transparency. I strongly urge everyone to avoid The Sleep Company unless you want to waste your time, money, and patience!
