I have bought a SleepEzee double bed mattress with my bed. The mattress was fine for first 6 months & then it start showing sign of slacks. I complaint about the issue to the person from where I bought he gave me the number of the person who take care of Pune region. I tried to contact him, & every time he has some excuse with him.
At-last he came to my home to see the mattress, & he admit that condition is not good & need to be replaced. He asked for the warranty card, for that I told him that it is attached with the mattress, but then he has that policy has changed we provide separate cards now. How can I get I card if I have bought at that time when no card was issued, only the label attached to mattress is the warranty card.
He asked for a bill of the purchase. Why should I kept that old bill that of-course of no use for me at that time. I have to make so many trips to the sellers shop to find out the old bill.
After 8 months the person visit again as he has to verify the condition of mattress again. He told me that within a week it will get replaced. Now it has been almost 3 months, he is not picking up my calls.
I dont know that the problem is in replacing the mattress.
