Sleepwell is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
The Sleepwell mattress purchased with 10 year warranty sagged in 1 month. Company got it inspected. Inspector confirmed sagging. Company says the product is within company standards and fut fir use and "recommends" that a sagged shoukd continue to be used. And it is supposed to be a luxury ProSpine Tech which is purchased by people with spinal problems!
They totally deny there is any problem with it despite sending them a video of the sagged mattress. Can copy paste the following link for the video.
